  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese, freshly grated
  • Salt & pepper, to taste

For the Lasagna Assembly:

 

  • 12 lasagna noodles, cooked al dente
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese (or substitute with cottage cheese)
  • 2 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • ¼ cup fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

1. Cook the Seafood:

  1. Heat 2 tbsp butter in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add minced garlic and sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant.
  3. Toss in the shrimp and scallops, cooking until they turn opaque (2-3 minutes).
  4. Remove from heat, stir in lemon zest, and set aside.

2. Prepare the Creamy White Sauce:

  1. In the same pan, melt 4 tbsp butter over medium heat.
